The Numbers Edit is led by Carol Moller-Nielsen - a Certified Practicing Accountant and Registered BAS Agent with over 20 years of diverse commercial accounting experience; including private enterprise, government and not-for-profit organisations.

The Numbers Edit was born through a merging together of this combined experience in commercial accounting and wanting to pursue small business ownership. Carol's passion for helping busy businesses make sense of their numbers, their processes and their systems, has led her to become a trusted partner for her clients.

As well as traditional accounting, Carol has a passion for lean process and lean thinking. Carol gravitates towards developing clear processes, identifying process improvements and finding efficiencies in her own work as well as within and between teams. Its a passion that she believes can help small business owners find the things that they seek for the businesses - be it less stress, growth, time off, or planning to sell.
