We develop a Monthly Financial Insights Report which provides you with easy to read visual representations of key Financial and Non-Financial Data. We then prepare this pack monthly and meet with you one-on-one, in person or virtually, each month for up to 1-2 hours to review the reports, discuss key takeaways, decide on some key action items for the upcoming period and answer any of your questions.

Budgets sound boring... but to us, they are seriously exciting. We don't blame you for avoiding them, they're not everyone's cup of tea. Let us be your little budget cheersquad, coach, and manifestor all in one. We will talk through all your existing (and possible) business expenses, revenue streams and make them all fit together. By the end of this session, we will have a pretty, clear, and customisable budget for your business. We then upload this into your accounting package so you easily compare your actuals to budget.

Lets dig down and determine some key indicators that show the operational health of your business from week to week. We will identify both lagging and leading indicators and develop a template for you to measure these regularly. We will work out how to easily access this data from your sales and accounting systems.
