Investment

This service is $195/week (ex GST) with a minimum 3-month commitment.

Your books must be up to date and reconciled to commence, or we can do a rescue package starting at $85/hr (ex GST). 

 

Is It Good Value?

We spend anywhere between 2-5 hours a week completing your transactions, and 2-4 hours completing your BAS and reconciling journals. Couple this with unlimited phone and email support from Certified Practicing Accountants, it is on par with what you might pay a staff member to complete this in-house, without the permanent commitment.

If you're happy manage your books week to week, and need to save a little more cash, you can still access our expertise and ensure you obligations are taken care of.  We provide unlimited phone and email support, and do a quarterly review of your accounts before we lodge your BAS and process relevant reconciliations.

Is It Good Value?

We spend anywhere between 3-5 hours completing timesheet entry, processing payruns and completing reconciling journals.  Our payroll rates include all related personnel admin including onboarding of staff into your accounting system, processing leave requests and updating staff details. An annual Workcover report takes 2-4 hours. Superannuation preparations takes approximately 1-2 hours per quarter. 


 Couple this with unlimited phone and email support from Certified Practicing Accountants, it is on par with what you might pay a staff member to complete this in-house, without the permanent commitment.
